My journey
At Grupo Profarma I lead the digital platforms team supporting pharmacy retail operations across Brazil. I design services with NestJS and queue-based messaging, define observability standards, and mentor developers to deliver robust integrations across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and legacy ERPs.
I work closely with business, logistics, and compliance stakeholders to prioritize evolutions that reduce operational costs and guarantee availability. Technical roadmaps, incident reviews, and mentoring are part of the routine to keep the ecosystem scalable and secure.
From 2022 to 2024 at Banco BMG I led squads that modernized digital banking experiences. I structured products in Next.js and Flutter, maintained a shared design system, and implemented CI/CD pipelines, analytics, and feature flags that accelerated releases without compromising compliance.
My foundation comes from seven years in the Brazilian Army, where I reached the rank of Third Sergeant. Leading platoons and building internal software strengthened discipline, communication, and risk management—skills I apply to every engineering decision today.
